All bookings must be made through our website contact form, by phone, or in person at our store. We will confirm all bookings within 2 hours during business hours.
Current pricing is available on our website and may be subject to change. Confirmed bookings will honour the price quoted at the time of booking.
A refundable security deposit may be required, depending on the type and value of the bicycle rented. This will be returned upon safe return of the bicycle in good condition.
Renters must be at least 18 years old. Valid photo identification is required for all rentals.
Bicycles must be returned by the agreed time and date. Late returns may incur additional charges at our standard daily rate.
Bicycles must be collected from and returned to our store at 42 Regent Street, London W1B 5RL, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
You acknowledge that the bicycle is in good working condition upon collection. Any pre-existing damage will be documented before rental commencement.
You are responsible for the care and custody of the rented bicycle and any accessories from the time of collection until return. This includes:
Bicycles must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with UK traffic laws and regulations.
Basic maintenance during rental (such as checking tyre pressure) is your responsibility. For mechanical issues, contact us immediately rather than attempting repairs.
We strongly recommend wearing a helmet at all times. Helmets are provided free of charge with all rentals.
You must comply with all applicable traffic laws, road rules, and cycling regulations in the UK.
You confirm that you are physically capable of safely operating the rented bicycle and that you have the necessary cycling skills and experience.
We recommend that you have appropriate personal insurance coverage. Our liability insurance covers the bicycle but not personal injury or third-party claims.
You are liable for any damage to the bicycle beyond normal wear and tear. Damage costs will be assessed based on repair or replacement costs.
In case of theft, you must immediately report the incident to the police and provide us with a crime reference number. You may be liable for the full replacement cost of the bicycle.
You are responsible for any third-party claims arising from your use of the rented bicycle.
Our liability is limited to the provision of bicycles in good working condition. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
